“Stait hara vysokaja...” (“There stands a high mountain, and at the foot of the mountain there is a grove…” is a folklorized author’s song set to the lyrics of the Ukrainian poet Leanid Hlebau (1859), in which there is a message of “youth that is long gone” specific for folk songs.
